Nicole Bailey is an AmeriCorps VISTA and SNAP Outreach Coordinator for Hunger Solutions Minnesota. She is a passionate public health advocate, with a focus on addressing issues of food insecurity and other health disparities in communities throughout Minnesota.
In the past, Nicole served as an alcohol and other drug abuse (AODA) prevention specialist for a large school district in southeastern Wisconsin and has worked closely with several community-based coalitions. She received a bachelor’s degree in Community Health Studies from Portland State University and is pursuing a Master of Public Health degree from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities.
